Bergamot is a fresh aromatic citrus oil with green notes commonly used in earl grey tea. Anecdotally said to be an antidepressant, anti inflammatory that balances both the mind and body. Highly suitable for oily skin types.

**For beginners a must have oil in any collection with geranium and lavender. Also blends well with jasmine, geranium, sandalwood, ylang ylang.

Pure essential oils are highly concentrated liquid extracts from plants. Aromatic selections of plant varieties include leaves, roots, seeds, stems, fruit, peel, buds, flowers, wood, bark, saps (resins) and herbs. Add 8-10 drops in a vaporiser and fill it with water. Other methods of use: massage, bath and spa, inhalation and household cleaning.
