Grapefruit is light yellow to clear oil cold pressed from the peel with a fresh citrus aroma. Ideal for oily skin types, Anecdotally used for acne, colds, depression, fatigue, hangovers, headaches and jet lag. It is also used to reduce stress, stimulate circulation, increase energy, enhance mood, and improve digestion. Naturally a tonic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and astringent. Blends well with eucalyptus, lavender, geranium, rosemary and neroli.

Pure essential oils are highly concentrated liquid extracts from plants.
