10g Test Tube - approx 3 serves

Directions: Place a tablespoon serving of the tea blend into a tea strainer and brew in boiling water for 2-5 minutes depending on desired strength. Remove tea and strainer before drinking. Add cold water as required.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Rosemary and Blue Cornflower Petals.
