Our Blood Orange oil combines fruity olive oil with the distinctive citrus and raspberry-like flavour of blood oranges. Delicious with fennel salads, salmon, duck, steamed asparagus, broccoli and desserts such as poached pears.
Premium cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is gently infused, without heat, to create distinctive perfectly balanced flavours.
Ingredients: 99.5% Australian extra virgin olive oil, 0.5% blood orange oil (conventional).
