Creating this greeting card of Little Penguin passengers on a vintage horse drawn tram took hours to complete but it was worth it! Victor Harbor is famous for its vintage horse drawn tram which takes you to Granite Island. Granite Island is home to a small colony of penguins so why not combine the two tourist attractions in a greeting card?
