Ideal in soothing aches and pains from sports injuries, stiff joints and muscles. Also may aid relief from period pain and endometriosis pain.

Mr Fred Heat Packs can be used to warm the bed on cold nights for both adults and children.

Ingredients: Wool / Cashmere Blend / Cotton, Lupin & Lavender

How to Use:

Heat Pack

Place the heat pack in the microwave on a plate on the turntable and heat for 1 minute. Then rotate the heat pack to redistribute the heat inside the heat pack and then at 30 second intervals until the desired heat is achieved.

Cold Pack

Place the heat back in a clean plastic bag and place in the freezer for 30 mins.

Caution

• Do Not place a very hot heat pack directly on the skin.

• Do Not overheat.

• Rotate on microwave turntable at each interval. (Always after heating move the wheat / lupin around to evenly distribute the heat).

• Let cool before each use.

• Only heat following instructions.

• Adult supervision needed at all times.

• Do Not heat longer than 2 mins continually, as you may get hot spots in the bag, burn the lupin or skin.
