We source fresh local lemons and preserve with lake salt from the pristine Lake Deborah in Western Australia. These Moroccan style preserved lemons are then spiced with coriander seeds, rosemary, bay and cinnamon. Add to a chicken tagine or finely diced and scattered over roasted potatoes.
