Crafted with select red Belizean habanero peppers, capsicum oil, hand-chopped carrots, natural vinegar, freshly squeezed key lime juice, Belizean tomatoes, ground spices, white onions, garlic, and hand-harvested sea salt. Mindfully made in Belize, Central America.

Based on the original 1981 recipe, this fiery addition to our lineup was created to satisfy the cravings of heat-seeking fans. Over the years, Marie gradually increased the habanero pepper content and experimented with various combinations of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Elegant and structured, with a clean finish, our sauces are non-fermented, distinguishing them from common vinegar-based hot sauces. Marie Sharp's sauces, aptly named "Pepper Sauces" spotlight the natural flavours of the fruits and vegetables, free from the astringency and acidity often associated with vinegar-based counterparts.
