Crafted with care in Belize, Central America, our MILD sauce features fresh hand-chopped carrots, chopped white onions, natural vinegar, select red Belizean habanero peppers, freshly squeezed key lime juice, hand-harvested snowy white sea salt, and fresh garlic.

This is the original 1981 recipe that sparked a culinary revolution. The fruity essence of habanero peppers is delicately balanced by the sweetness of fresh carrots, offering a subtle heat that's a few notches above the familiar heat tolerances of North America.
