The thick stains help protect the pieces from the effects of the sun. The full range of colors is visible through the medium stain, and the wood grain is clear through the darker stain.</p> <p>The hand carved pieces are highly detailed and meticulously handcrafted by artisans to ensure they maintain their appearance.</p> <p>Handmade with off cuts from the teak furniture industry showing beautiful natural knots and grain variations the set includes 32 regulation pieces.&nbsp; These pieces are suitable for play indoors or outdoors but are recommended for indoor play due to the felt pads on the bases of each piece.</p> <p><strong>Note board/playing table not included.
