STORY:Kangaroo Paw (Anigozanthos) is a genus of flowering plants that are native to Australia. The bloom varies in colour among different species with red, yellow, pink, green, orange and even brown varieties. The tubular flower has a velvety fuzz like an animal’s paw. Although its natural range is restricted, it has now been introduced as a garden plant in world locations such as the United States. The Kangaroo Paw is the official floral emblem of Western Australia where it has grown for millions of years. The pink/reddish flower was chosen for this delicate pale design blending the outback colours of the Australian bush with the stunning soft and Translucent Silk Habotai weave.
