SPARKLING Lime Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Strawberry Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water Adjust to taste. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.

MARGARITA

75ml Tequila or Mezcal 30ml The Curious Cabinet Lime Shrub Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass, rimmed with The Curious Cabinet Lime Dust. Serve.
