SPARKLING RHUBARB Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water Adjust to taste. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.

60ml gin 30ml The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup 3 drops BobÕs Abbots Bitters 1 mint sprig

Shake with ice. Strain into coupe glass. Serve.
