STORY: Kangaroos “Boxing” with an abstract Australian bush background. For this scarf we have combined three images taken at different times – the challenge was to capture the dynamic movements of the Kangaroos and blend them with the background. Kangaroos engage in “boxing” over mating rites and other mostly territorial disputes. During a “boxing” bout, a kangaroo can actually balance his entire body on his tail, kicking forward with his powerful legs. The “boxing” kangaroo has become a national symbol for Australia particularly at sporting events.

THIS 100% PURE SILK CHIFFON SCARF (AWTA Tested) is 8mm (35gms per square metre) which is slightly heavier with superior colour and durability than the standard 6mm (26gms per square metre). It has a plain-weave, is smooth, absolutely sheer with a subtle silky sheen, drapes well yet feels weightless against the skin. Silk Twill, Silk Habotai and Silk Tabbi are different in weight, touch, sheen and feel.
